Animated preview of the matched-jobs deck: eight sample matches, three of them invites, each showing its match score and the skills you share with it. One by one a card is skipped (it slides out to the left) or applied to (it slides out to the right), the next match takes its place and the review count advances. After the last card the deck shows the reviewed-all message and starts again. The All matches and Invited buttons switch between reviewing every match and only the invites.

Invite the ones you want

Invite a candidate and they get a message in their OpenStaff inbox, plus an email unless they've switched those off, and the role lands in the Invited tab of their matched jobs. Inviting also lets you message them directly.

A pipeline that keeps everyone in the loop

Move applications through Applied, Shortlisted, Interview, Trial and Hired in the application review. Each move sends the candidate a message and shows on their application timeline. Candidates are also emailed about new messages unless they've switched that off.
